This error appears to be caused by amx 0.9.4 and steam auth. Amx does not read steam ids. So admin for amx was set up with IP. Admins who were set up by IP at some point would start having this error. Something in the way it auths with amx and steam creates to many requests and causes the error.

I seem to remember that we used to be able to set a minimum time that the score screen would stay up. I know by default it will be 2 minutes or until somebody does something. Is there still a way to make a minimum time (e.g. one minute) so that even if somebody fires it will stay up? I can't find a
