Demos recorded since then are broken. I brought this up when the update hit
but nothing was done.
When playing a demo that has been recorded since that update, the following
error is given.

Yup, exact same issue here. I think the fires in TF2 have been put out (for
the most part, I think the health bug is still there), so hopefully this
will be fixed soon?

however all clients are connected to a local IP address, and the server
includes the launch option -ip 172.31.x.x which is a local IP.
The pings reported by status are usually ~35 to 39 ms. A normal ICMP
