They could remove cheat cvars from CS:S/HL2DM and leave it in the SDK code.
Once the te thing is fixed, people that hack sv_cheats clientside

Right now demand for the Counter-Strike: Source depot is very high. This
release was large (due to the addition of bots and a new map) and we
didn't have an optimal content layout on our servers for this release.
Demand is ramping down pretty quickly right now, this shouldn't be a
problem for too m
Really a question for the coders list but:
Your compiler doesn't support -mtune either remove it or change your compiler
to one that does.
