The Haydn work for 2 horns and 2 flutes is 12 Nocturnes, (Zwölf
Nokturnos) - lovely little pieces.
There is also a Notturno for the same quartet, by W.A. Lütgen (ca.

That's a common foible. If I believed it every time they say, "This time we'll
go straight through, I promise," I'd also have a lot of damp Florida real

behave, you should read this book by Norman Lebrecht: "The Maestro Myth".
He takes the gloss off most of them.
