This is a question related to ICSF Key generation/update process:
what I'm trying to do is Generate a new key using the CSNBKGN call and then
update the Today-instant-issue-key, using the CSNBKRW, call with the newly
generated key.
My question is – what does ICSF do with old

Figured the problem.
In HCD on TEST machine looked at the configuration Option (2.5) and saw the
soft date/time for current active IODF.
Compared with Production IODF, I can see the soft date/time is different.
Although the HSA token timestamp is the same on both, the soft token is not.

ACTIVE IODF DATA SET = SYS1.IODFA1
CONFIGURATION ID = MVSTESTEDT ID = T1
5 CYL is the size and has been for years.
