I hope this isn't off topic for ibm-main. I use Lotus Notes to follow ibm-main. I was thinking it would be nice if I could identify notes from ibm-main in my inbox in some way (e.g. a different color or a "flag" or ?). Lotus Notes seems to have a facility for this kind of thing (message marking

I don't know if you can have the color setup for mails you receive from IBM -main. However, you can set up a rule in your Lotus Notes to move every email you receive from IBM-Main into a different folder. here 's the procedure to do it : 1. Go to 'TOOLS' on your left hand side . Select 'Rules'

I assume you are talking about the "colors" tab under "tools >> preferences". I never tried it with outside addresses before, but I just did and it worked. It will even update existing emails as long as you exit your mail box and re-enter (perhaps that is your problem). You might also want to o
