Question for RDT system users - message issuance

This is a question for those of you that run z/OS on an RDT system (presumably also those on a zPDT system), i.e. on emulated hardware. Yesterday we had to restart the remote viewer (VNC) I use to login to Linux to start z/OS. Restarting VNC kills the console: CNZ4200I CONSOLE L700 HAS FAILED. R

Norbert, As I mentioned earlier it can be done in single pass as shown earlier, I was just trying to optimize your Joinkeys job. With your new job there a couple of issues 1. I am not sure as to why you need to append C'40' (may be you meant X'40') 2. With the append of C'40' your output LRE
