functions... that is, USEZOSV1R9RULES(NO) and MEMDSENQMGMT(ENABLE) and we have

We didn't do this kind of migration in the pass but the engine can be adapted
to ZEKE or other scheduler we don't see onetime.
Our need is to have the brochure of the scheduler to migrate and a consultant
with skill on ZEKE.
