We have only 1 GCP on z10 BC HW like the below
1. HW : z10 BC 1 GCP
2. OS : Four Guest OS/390 V2.10 (SE02, SE05, SE06, CF) under z/VM V6.1
3. three OS/390 will be coupled by Sysplex thru CF system(VCFLINK under
z/VM)
4. Sysplex will be used for GRS and Tape sharing

I asked my colleague, not immediately crashed but the other guy could not
connect to OS/390 system right after.
it is already set DISCONNECT_TIMEout OFF in the SYSTEM CONFIG file,
but the output of 'Q SET' is TIMEBOMB IDLE
is it correct? do i need to change TIMBOMB OFF by SET command?
