Someone mentioned a book about a tracking system in a pasture. Renee
was it you? I believe it was called pasture paradise by Jaime
Jackson. Is that the correct title? I come up empty when I search for
it...
Thanks

No Karen, I never move my track... The reason it is there is to keep
the horses MOVING, I don't want them grazing a great deal, this is for
them to live on 24/7, and MOVE...

that is hot, I have dug under insulated wire to get it h
I am wondering if I could just use step-in posts and electric tape
for my inner fencing. . . .
We use step-in posts and tape sometimes for temporary cross-fencing, just
not for perimeter fencing. That's what I'd imagine for a track, because I
think the goal is to keep moving the tr

Karen, have you read the book, the track is a continuous oval, I think
Jammie suggests that it be even narrower then 20, I like 20, I like
having the narrow areas too... they MOVE.. which is what you want them
to do... It took my Hubby a little while to get his mind around it

I'm skeptical that would add serious conditioning to an average horse.

I am hoping that's the case here. I am researching options at the moment
for my "inside" fencing. We have 4-strand, electrified, hi-tensile
perimeter fence, so I've got to have something VERY horse friendly if I'm
