If you just want to monitor the bandwidth usage, 'vnstat' will be
helpful took for you. Its a command mode script and is available in
the repo. With it, you can just monitor the bandwidth. No controlling
option is available.

Finally I fixed the problem. I downloaded the Nvidia driver from here-

installed it by sh NVIDIA* in recovery mode.

I have a windows server 2003 in my office. And 3 ubuntu clients with
tsclient in the network. Everything was ok since the clients refused
to connect a few days before. Clients shown errors
1 . badatom ( fixed with changing protocol to RDPv5 )
