You will have to 'tailor' it to your needs. Hire some developers or rather
ask some freelancers or hobbyists to customize it.it is still much cheaper
than any Commercial software.

been doing it for free at my own expenses and only few colleges pay my

Engineering, Near Velachery on 19/01/12 and 20/01/12 for the 3rd year
CSE/IT/ECE and 2nd year MCA students.
Around 340+ students participated in the seminar.
