Hi sir, thanks for the response. what i was trying to do was, I have a linux network driver which work well for my EMAC-AHB card. I want to make that card work for WINCE as well. wince does support NDIS. I think I need to write the same code for windows as well. Thanks and Regards Subhash Sukumar
