Avoid a govt college please - they have the best facilities, yes, but dont
share out much resources.. in all OSScamps at NSIT and IIT, we faced this
problem of not getting the wi-fi even when it was promised to us, and the
lack of support from the management is very high as well.

I do agree !! Delhi will be pack at that time. Few days back Delhi Govt. had
done some preparatory rehearsals and on that day 17K employees were not able
to reach at their destinations. So, I don't think that its a good idea to
organize our valuable Freed.in on those dates.
