upped to debian...

debian-multimedia.org repository. Doesn't come by default.
There seems to be an issue with the newer audio libraries

Just my 2 cents. I have used kdenlive at one time to make some small
videos and it seemed ok. (But there it was a basic frames taken from
pictures and with some audio running behind). openmovieeditor is also
available but I can't vouch for its quality since I didn't use it
much.
