buy their work,... rather by providing their evaluation versions they

eithernewayzcygwin is a free altrenative so u might want to look
into that...you can also try uml(if you want a virtual host under linux)
but this is only for linux virtual guest and it is a pain to setup.

Both the approaches are not sound - from the license, ethics and legality point
of view. You may want to use the open source alternatives to it.

For UML - you can download adios - a live cd distribution which allows
you to run multiple linuxes at the same time - *without* installing on
your hard disk.
Adios is real cool for just being the live linux. try out the UML, which

Bochs and Plex86 are two opensource projects. Bochs is software
emulation of a Pentium machine whereas plex is for virtualization. Plex
requires kernel version > 2.4.20 installed on the machine(AFAIK).
