I use an Epson WF-3540. It is an all-in-one printer, scanner and fax. Prints double-sided. Has LED touch-screen. It can be wired or use wireless networking. Has two paper trays, It has AirPrint. Very Mac friendly. Have had it a year now and it has proven to be sturdy and high quality.

After being abused by Epson Printers for more than a decade, I switched to Canon and bought their top of the line MG8220 all-in-one a little over a year ago. It does all you are asking for, with ZERO hassle. I could not be happier. Of course, Canon discontinued it. You can still find them on
