[IMail Forum] Outlook 2003 not playing nice with Imail

We are running Imail v 7.15 with all the updates. When a customer tries to send an email from her account on one domain to annother account on a seperate domain (same mail server), the email simply go's to spool and then dissapears. If she uses a read recipt it go's through ok. I'm including logs.
