Destination server is really busy or it's possible they're using delaying,
so you're trying to retry before their embargo time expires getting "421
server busy"
Ask their admin if they use delaying...

Has anyone seen a phenomenon where undeliverable messages are being sent
to the sender even though the messages have really been delivered?
What is the exact content of those messages?
Also, I am getting undeliverable messages with the following message:
451 Requested action aborted: virus detect
I sometimes get the undeliverable message despite the fact that the message
was indeed delivered. I always figured it was something wrong with THEIR
server - not communicating to my server properly.
I don't get the virus error message.

I have a client who does know what he is doing (believe it or not). He
can send to people no problem via Outlook and Eudora. However, when
sending from the web interface, many messages are returned as undeliverable.
Anyone see this before? Any thoughts?
The first step is to check to see if
Nevermind...issue
resolved.
Scott - That solved the problem! Thanks a lot for your help.

The problem is that you have told IMail to reject E-mail that has a blank

Normally, my first instinct would be to blame AOL. But, take a look at
