We switched to the Fortigate filter over the summer, and all of a sudden I am getting all kinds of upset people because "good" sites are getting banned. ex: cnn, yahoo--popping up saying a banned word is part of the address. Any suggestions as to what my settings need to be/what type of

I've gotten the 43 error before--esp. if running wireless and the connection is not great.  Nobody has ever lost their information, however.  I do remember last year a few had this error.  I would back up their teacher folder, then trash it from the online server app folder.  Open up a new gradeboo
