Several videos have recently been returned with a note indicating that there is
no sound. However, when tested here, the sound is fine.
The following information is from Ed Zimmerle, AEA 8's video production
specialist:
If you experience no sound from a videocassette the first step,
also if it is streamed please send me info with password etc.
