I began hearing the HAARP signal promptly at 0500UTC, fairly well in
CW mode right on 6792.5kHz. Using the relative audio levels of
Spectrogram software, the HAARP signal often rose 5-15db above the
noise. The echo was very occasional but could be seen to match the
frequency and timing, just

Using CW here at 0625UT, and can certainly hear (but not always
"see") the bounce on the SDR14, though the strength of both the
initial signal and the bounce varies considerably fadey. Recorded

Moon bounce is back again at 05:46 after the bounce portion being absent for
about 5 to 10 minutes. Dang, it's gone again at 05:48. I'd say that the
bounce was audible about 1/3 of the time here in Victoria.Walt

Does 570 KLIF also broadcast on 1700?
I ask because I heard id's for 570 KLIF between 7:30pm
- 8pm est. 1-18-08 on 1700, on two different radios.
First radio is a 1990 walkman style radio/cass. player
with digital display by Koss, the other radio is the
Sony SRF 59. Both radios bareback.

The Sony SRF-39FP surprised me on how

too. NO other TP's heard barefoot.

I checked the RF patterns for WBIX-1060. This is done to determand if I
would a chance of hearing the test.
Their day pattern at 40kw, has a deep null towards us in the deep south. The
major portion of the day signal is into NH and ME. This is possibly because

any "Charleston" around the Mobile, AL area.
At 1630 this afternoon, I had WTOF on sunset skip. This station is well
known for cheating at anytime they want, even though at 1600 they would
