Bill, Whatever it is, it is being generated by their IBOC signal. They all seem to have it or at least most do. I noticed it on KFBK, KGO, and even KEX at night. It has something to do with the skip signal I would guess. Any fading it sounds like a hiss fraightrain behind the signal. Really awful
