Check in the system tray and it will tell you which version. It will say something like "super-antispyware x.xx.xxx core trace xxx. X represents numbers. The first set of numbers are the version, the other sets tell you how up to date the definitions are. The most current version is 4.43.10

That's happened to me too. In my case I think it was a combination of drivers and a 32 bit program that was causing the problem. Ever since the program was upgraded to 64 bit, the computer hasn't done that. Do you by chance have superantispyware on your computer? If so, which version? Shane -
