I use it all the time. JFW12, JFW13, Win7, XP and Communicator 2007. To read the msg history during an ongoing conversation u have to use the Jaws cursor. When ready to type revert back to the PC cursor and tab or shift tab once or so to land on an edit field where u can type and hit enter to sen

Hi Volly. If you're using Windows Media player to play the music, than use f8 to decrease the volume of the music, and f9 to increase the volume. If you have set another player as standard player for music on your pc, than research the recent player's userguide for how to do this. Hans Paul

I purchased a program called Day by Day Professional from Blind Software. It costs about $30 and I really like it. I have had it for about 7 or 8 years and find it very helpful and worth the money as well as I feel that the developers of this software deserve to make a little money on programs
