Hi One thing to try is to open the JAWS settings Center with JAWSkey+f6. Press control+shift+d to open the default settings. Type Allow wave in the search box. Then arrow down one time to the setting Allow wave files with software synthesizers. If it's not checked, press space bar to check it.
