Hi. For me when running jaws with outlook 2007 or 2010 on windows 7 and xp with jaws 11 and 13 jaws is very slow when reading messages. Maybe it's because I use the reading pain but I don't like having to press enter and open my messages to read them. I just switched to nvda when reading messages
