Hi all,
I've noticed with JAWS 14 that when start typing if am doing it at a
good clip I lose speech. This has not been a problem in past versions.
Is there anything I can do to fix this or help with it? Thanks.

Hi Vicky.
Your display is still on and fully functional.
What this does is it turns off any unnecessary graphical anamations, which
helps jaws to focus better.
You can turn on or adjust settings for these features by clicking Use the
computer without a display page in the Ease of Access Center.

Thanx for that. But the folders are still missing! Very strange business!
They must be somewhere!

Hello André,
You might want to try using the command to reset folders. Use Windows key R
to move into the Run dialog box. Type in:
Outlook /resetfolders
And press enter key.
Outlook should open and hopefully your folders will be there.
Take care.

That is how it used to work. I still hear inbox closed but not the folders
that should be in there! And if I try to recreate the same folder there I
get the message that the folder is already there.

hello there;
when you created the folders, were they created inside the inbox,
or on the same level as the personal folders. do you hear;
inbox closed?
or where ever the subfolders reside?
if you hear folder closed, you need to right arrow to open.
