Hi All, Last Friday morning I installed the JAWS 14 update on my home window 7 64-bit machine with no problems. So without a thought I went to work and installed it on my office xp pro machine. It was a disaster, and the machine did not get back to workability until late yesterday afternoon.

hi, the jFW update had some bad issues in it . They now have a update to the update. But you have to call them and they have to give you a special code to put it in in order to get the update. I called today to see if they had one or when it would be comeing out and the man gave me a special code
