Hi my jaws is not announcing the key's function, such as I am copying
any file or text by pressing control C, or pasting by pressing control
V, it is not announcing that copied file to clip board or pasting from
clip board, it keep silant, however the function is being performed.

I am facing another strange issue with thunderbird. I have configured
outlook.com with the lookout extension. even after i read the message,

I run two computers; one with XP and JAWS 10 and one with Windows 7 and JAWS

access the button with spacebar:
1. Use forms list insert-f5 and find the button and hit enter.

Have you tried switching internet browsers? Sometimes I have luck with
Firefox when something hasn't worked in IE and vice versa
