I need help I have a dell laptop and jaws 14 and windows 7. When I turn on the laptop the windows load and the desktop comes up. But jaws does not speak and it buffers all of the time. I am afraid to turn it off. I have to turn it on several times in order for it to work properly. Thanks

Hi Abdulaziz, You will need to go to Folder Options , and then the view tab. It is in the advanced settings as in previous versions of Windows. I am not fond of the interface in Windows 8, so I get to Folder Options thru the Control Panel. HTH, Rick Justice Tomorrow's another day, another way!

I posted this question bbefore and no one answered. I installed Malwarebytes and at thee screen unchecked enable free trial when the program starts and I tab through the menu bar there is buy and activate. does that mean I did not install the free version? I want the free version.
