Angel, First of all, be sure you have the jaws program set to use the laptop keyboard and not the desktop. You do this in the jaws menu, jaws key plus letter j, Then o for options and B for basics and tab to the control for use keyboard layout and down arrow to classic laptop and then tab to okay.

I'm not 100% sure but I think you have to install an add-on to get download sounds. Could be wrong though, but I don't know where that feature is.
