I use IMAP and use Insert+page down, I achieve this with the following
settings:
Under the view tab, for IMAP.,
View menu: Alt+V and press tab once
Press spacebar on Change view
For IMAP accounts, locate with your arrow keys IMAP and press SpaceBar
This will take you out of the View

nope, your horizontal is between the left and right, and vertical is between
top and bottom.
