Occasionally I have noticed this problem and solve it by pressing Alt Spacebar to bring up system menu and choose x to maximize the window. For some reason the window sometimes needs to be maximized. This has happened on both my Win 7 and Win 10 laptops. HTH Sherrie -Original

Before my computer crash I had Outlook 2010 doing exactly what you want, however, since Windows 10 installation and new hard drive I can't get this working again. It is frustrating, either it won't work, or I have missed something. I'd love to have it back but am not holding my breath. Rose

I have been using Cdex for some time to convert my cd library into mp3 files and store a backup on an external drive. Suddenly, it is not working. The screen is blank as far as Jaws is concerned and only a few letters according to a sighted person. It is so little information it makes no sense.
