I know of two ways to get Outlook up in safe mode.
You can use the Windows run command and type:
outlook.exe /safe
Here is what you want to do to keep opening it in safe mode by creating a

I can't get into Outlook safe mode again. Each time I try, it tells me I
have to identify the switch I'm using or something like that. I was out,
turned off the computer, came back, found your message, tried to open a
message with an address, and couldn't. Then I tried to follow the direction

seems to be nearly universal for Jaws as opposed to keeping track on which

After updating to Fall Windows Creator the Research function in Jaws 2018 no
longer has a list of places to research, type in a search term, press tab to
make a selection of the 19 items that used to be there and there are zero
items. These were there on initial installation of Jaws 2018, however,
