Well, to my chagrin, I discovered that AIM 7.1 does not work well with JAWS 9.
Apparently, JAWS 9 cannot read an incoming IM as in older versions of AIM. So
I reinstalled AIM 6.9, the last version that still works with JAWS 9. Has
anyone else experienced problems using AIM 7.1 with JAWS?

I have a laptop with JAWS 9, Internet Explorer version 8 and Windows Vista on
it. However, when I go to a website, JAWS says the page has no links and when I
press E, JAWS says "there are no edit boxes on this page." Then, when I press

When using Jaws 9 and Excel XP I find that when cursoring
down a column that Jaws repeats the data from the cell
above. When tabbing along a rowe, JFW 9 will also read the
data from the previous cell.
Finally it does not read column titles with "read column
titles" turned on.

I have also found this to be the case when I'm pasting something from the net
into a message.
One thing that helps me is to paste it into a plain text message, or, if you
have your messages set to compose in html, go to the format menu with alt+O,
then press the letter

It is still accessible, if we're talking of the case of HTML having been
copied, except that it doesn't exactly line out the way the rest of the text
does in an Outlook
ed message.

Hi folks,
I am using windows XP-Pro and Office XP. with Jaws 8.2173. I had Jaws
9.latest installed for about a week and found it to be largely a piece of
junk and removed it. The question is, can I install Jaws 10 without
reinstalling Jaws 9?

My jaws 9 is very sluggish in Microsoft word 2007, and I don't know why. I
know that was one of the things that was supposed to be improved in jaws 9, but
mine is very slow. When I listened to the what's new in jaws 9 Daisy book that
