Hello all; Can anyone using a laptop verify if the capslock+p, which is route jaws to pc actually works in jaws 13? I am trying to label graphics, However, when I use the caplock and the letter p, all I hear is, jaws cursor, So, unable to do this. For answers to frequently asked questions abo

For some reason routing jaws to pc does not always work. When I use the key combination it is mute and nothing happens. Even unloading and re-launching jaws does not correct the problem. It takes a computer reset to get the routing function to work. I am running xp home and jaws 10. It has only
