No, it would not make a difference. It is the callers resposibility to provide
the correct security credentials.
Maybe your POJO endpoint is not secured, then of course there is no security
context that can automatically be propagated to the EJB layer.

Right now my application (btw. a struts liferay portlet) comes with its own set

This doesn't directly answer your question but... JBoss Operations Network has
the capability to deploy any artifact/file to any directory under your JBossAS
installation. This capability was added for just this use-case - deploying

Coudl somebody give me information about this?
When I test this on my local machine - WinXP - the sessions are destroyed as
expected.
But when running in production on Linux - some of them are never destroyed - as
seen from my previous post.
I looked at the catalina's StandardSession (or StandardManager) code and there
is no such stuff
Does Jboss support on AIX5.3?
