I was able to get this functionality by installing the rpm via yum
and then running "snmpconf -g basic_setup". There is more info in
the man page for snmpd.conf ("man snmpd.conf")that may assist in
walking through the prompts.
I am running this on an EL4 clone, so it may not be exactly the same.
I have set up this almost exact scenario by creating separate
customers/maps/users, then using the trigger rule to report only for that
"client". It then only sends the SLAs/Interface status changes

I kind of like Craig's idea but I do the same thing like this...
1.) Setup customers as my group IE.., Network Admins, System Admins.
2.) Setup Users as each group IE.., net_alerts, system_alerts.
3.) Setup "Triggers Users" for those users
4.) Setup the Triggers, as below

I was curious to see if it was a version problem with RRDtool. The previous
version was 1.0.46, whereas the new version is 1.0.49. So it shouldn't really
be a problem, unless 1.2.x-features were backported to the 1.0.x branch.
Just for the fun of it I tried to downgrade to 1.0.46 (rrdtool an
