Jukka has it right. I think of it as two parts: a printer (or PDF) driver, and a screen print utility. It should be possible for Cadplan to use the SkyPrint driver, just as it uses the "ISA print driver" now, if Geoff is willing. I would recommend that the SkyPrint driver be put in core so that
