Hi Jose,
M320 is the first M-Series router to be built with the same architecture
of a T-Serie router. About the desing details I have no way to give you
more info, but foundamentally, it has a switch fabric made with 6 SIBs,
the forwarding plane is based on I-Chip engine-lookup.

About the release, for an M7i I think there is no problem in using the

new features of BRAS, so I think you can install it with no wor

Hi!!
Look, I could install JUNOS10.0R3.10 on Ubuntu10.10 with qemu 0.11.0,
and using the FreeBSD4.11-mini.iso (it was not necessary the 6.0 or
later version, because JUNOS will re-built automatically the file system
during its installation).
I used the following instructions (there was some

In my opinion, the best would be to make a unique OSPF domain.
I guess that these two networks are area 0.0.0.0 each. If the size of

Hi Onam,
I´m not sure about the "missing terminating quote" message, but I see
that your configuration file has a strange extension. Is this the file
you generated with a save command? Or is it a compressed configuration
file you obtained from the /config/ directory?

Hi Snort!!
After the upgrade, you need to do a snapshot in order to copy the system
to the HDD.
Run
>request system snapshot
from the operation mode CLI.
Take care that after that you have no way to return to old software
release without doing a downgrade.
