People,
We are trying to configure output policers using EX4200 (JUNOS 10.2R2.11).
The system returns that it not support egress policers.
This is a hardware or a software limitation for the EX4200 family ?
There is some alternative configuration to create output policers ?
Would be great to

We have been working with J-2350 with 1GB of RAM in the same scenario.
We receive IPv4 routes from both ISPs full route. We are using some
firewall filters too and some policies for route export. It works pretty
fine with 12% of CPU capacity.
We are starting the migration to the new JUNOS

Until the end of the year, Juniper has a promotion for MX Series.
It gives 75% off (under price list) ... for 10 Giga and Giga L3 DPCs.
Try to talk with you Juniper Sale Contact.
The will promote this promotion to wait for the new EX-8200 family.
I think MX Family would support SDH/Sonet DPCs.
J-Series can help you.
J-2320, J2350, J4350, J-6350.
The hole family can help you with all features (I need to check PPPoE
support).
The differences are related to traffic processing and capacity.

Yes you can.
Take a look:

Instead of sp-0/0/0 you can use the correspondent logical interface of

Can I do NAT on a M7i without an AS PIC?
Thanks,

Brian and List,
Sorry by my wrong answer for this thread.
I understand with AS PIC and not WITHOUT.

You can use VIP and the option: use the IP from the external interface
And you can use and external DynDNS service to map the dynamic address

We have a Juniper Router ... J-2350 with 1GB DRAM and 1GB CF.
It is running JUNOS 9.1R1.8.

The main idea is to block only some contacts inside the MSN group.

It is possible for M-Series to do IPv6 flow sampling ?
I have tried something like:

We have used fragmentation for Serial Links ate low speed: 768 Kbps.
We have no problems with that.
Two scenarios:
- Fragmentation with MLPP
- Fragmentation for MLFR
There is no problems with CPU or memory.
We are using J-Series J-2320 and J-2350.

You can buy and install the 512 option memory.
1 x SSG-100-MEM-512
Does anyone know if it is possible to upgrade a SSG-140-SB (256M RAM
standard)
to 512M? Apparently you need 512M to do some of the Deep Inspection stuff,
but
the price difference between the -SH and -SB is $500 or so.
Jason,
The MX Series is a very good choice for QoS, MPLS and BGP.
