There was a real beauty over in HB Camping from Monday night to Friday
morning. Sorry you missed it. It came down from Porkopolis Monday and
returned home Friday (80kts groundspeed) and Saturday 120 kts groundspeed).

Mark,
"Primer only" is not a reason to stay home. You should see all the RV's at
Sun 'n Fun without even primer. They're just bare aluminum with bare
fiberglass wing tips, etc. They come anyway.

My static is simply vented inside the cockpit. Indicated airspeed is
accurate to within 1-2 knots and varies about 1-2 knots with all vents
opened or closed. (This could increase if I seal my cockpit

My best distance is about 2.5 NM/1000 ft at 60 kts, but my stall speed is
about 50 kts and I'm not sure could flare at 60 kts. with no power.
That's also my best endurance, about 2.5 minutes per 1000 ft. Data was
taken at about 3000 ft on close to a standard day with a weight of 880 lbs.
