I have a super hanger with a pulsar as my mate now but at the start I had no

rebuild my Kr . the answer was to get a old travel trailer and strip it
I found old 1984 wilderness for 300 dollars gutted it it was perfect I made a
door at the back to bring it in and out I had heat
how come no buddy's using pertronix or similar points replacement for there

you may have hydraulically lock the engine . this happens in lot with
fuel injected engines if the fuel regulator ruptures it will not turn over and
will busted the nose right off the starter if you try to turn it over . did
you remove you plugs and retry ?

When you say your aircraft was "upgraded" to the fixed tricycle landing
gear, what was it upgraded from? If the aircraft ever had the standard KR-2
retractable landing gear installed, it is not eligible for operation by sport
pilots no matter what it's current configuration

I have flown my Kr 400 hrs with out taking a passenger .its time now but
getting here has been a long road . getting good power and rpm from my type 1
has taking time but im here now .and im comfortable with the vw it makes good
power 3200 range . and its cheap to maintained. im not
EVERY OIL CHANGE WITH THE VW ENGINE . BUT IF YOURS ARE DOING THAT YOUR VALVE
SEATS ARE RECESSING POSSBLY THIS HAPPEN TO ME USING AV GAS. THE VAVLES

crankshaft (vw ) some of you guys keep banging on the vw cranks so that was on
my mind . you must be starting it wrong heres how i start mine mix
fullrich fuel on crack it 1/4 hit the key or it will flood. now if

hi all last Saturday I flow the Kr and was shooting some landings full stop
and on the six landing after clearing the active i noticed it was bouncing on
the rough pavement so i took a look and found that the tire became real low.
this same thing happen last winter? well with the small tire
no time to be modest we have to
many fine aircraft to show !!!

i don't think its your vent i have tried it like that with no problem i also
had it with just small hole drill in the cap. what you will find in the
archives is flow check gals hour flow i cant remember but you will find that

hi all my egt temps are higher now after warping i guess this is normal but
like to see if others experienced the same. old temps 1200 1250 climb out now
IM see 1300 1350 back to 1200 at cruse 3200 rpms all so it takes longer to come
back down at idle. on the tangible side its as strong as its
30 mph elevators alive. set your trim neutral for take off at 60mph little
presser and its flying relax the back presser look for about 90 in ground
effect
let it climb after about 10 sec start breathing again. you will have no
problem hats off good luck on your test flight

ken how are you starting it now that its colder. mine likes full rich cracked
1/4 fuel on key at the same time with revflow great planes intake. if you
wash the plugs its going to act like its rich due to the fouled plugs till they
clear up. my intake is new but it was the same for the
hi all i am in the middle of converting to a great planes intake manifold and
my case is old and uses a rear alternator . belts drove off the mag adapter
so i have no clearance for the manifold so off it come so IM going to try using
a solar panel all i use power for is starter and two min turn
they all leak all though some say different so in the real world mine uses
about 1/2 qt every 5 hrs so I think that's reasonable. How much are you guys
loosing? or not what's normal?

you will find poh under bob schmitt . i use this check list all the time it
is for revflow posa type fuel systems so i had to change the starting procedure
with the zenith but IM now using the revflow .

better then what i wrote i have over 200 hrs in the Kr all so i have flown the
tiger its as close as your going to get to a Kr flame away i fly mine

Its nothing like the extra the Kr will fly hands off after its trim out in
smooth air. The Kr is high perf aircraft not aerobatic aircraft although some
have spun it loop it rolled it. if you research it the Grumman Yankee and
tiger are just big krs made of metal and all who have flown both
have seen idle at.
