The wrong permission can have caused the different word count, and a lot of
other errors.
I have corrected the permissions for now, and adviced how to avoid it in

LO pootle is still 2.5.0 while we have upgrade to
2.5.1, which gives a number of new features.
If you feel its a real error, then please create a JIRA, since the pootle
server is a shared Apache service.
