I can get a couple of lists dated 1700 but that is too early for my
purposes.

I wondered about everyone but I was busy myself. So far this month I've
attended two regular lace meetings and our annual Lace Day, taught a short
bobbin lace class in Tillamook, and am trying to get my things ready for a

Quiet, yes, but busy also yes.
Finishing my Xmas ornament for the exchange, helping husband with

Hi Joepie et all
I did all that apart from the cardboard (which I do take at winter fairs),
as we were inside.
Problem is the building is very "lightweight" with a lot of glass - great
when the sun shines in (actually gets too hot), no good on a cloudy day.
Anyway, got a little lace done and som
em on, but you get used to them quite quickly.
Hope that helps.
Enjoy the Easter holidays and happy lace making.

Welcome Janet,
I'm a newbie to Bobbin Lace (approx. 6 months) and joined this list right at
the start of my BL adventure. I love the rhythm and relaxation that comes
with lace making. So many wonderful things to learn within this group. I've
