As my subject line says, I need help unsubscribing. When I try the usual
method - sending an email to majordomo I get an error message telling me I
am not a member of the list. I have written to the moderator asking for
help, and I am still not unsubscribed. So what do I do now?

Further to the comments on east-west dyslexia - I find that in certain places in the
country I get 180 degrees disoriented. One of the worst places for me is the area
where we have now moved, the Fraser Valley. Other places I can go and have no problem

We deal with lactose intolerance in our family, too. My husband is
Mediterranean, where many are lactose intolerant, and he is no exception.
