It wasn't the prize money from Wimbledon (£1.6M) he gave away, it was his
winnings from Queens (£73k) 3 weeks ago, which whilst not exactly miserly only
represents about 2% of his earnings to date so far this year.

If you're going to Kent, then visit Deal - a surprisingly attractive and
charming little seaside town with a very nice coast walk to Dover (get the
train back).
Agree about Whitby being the best tho'.

Leeds University back in the 70s who was from Deal (but was a massive Leeds
