Hi Mac I have not done a 71/2 in pitch I have the 2x gears and have done larger but looking at gears and the chart you should be able to cut one my suggestion to start with is recheck the gears the G gear 24 tooth and that your defiantly using the standard gears and not the .25X gears I know th

Hi to aussiman in particular,Bill on thre Revo it states with the standard gear I can make a71/2" pitch,well I cant get it,I use the smallest of the gears with the standard gear to give the slowest longest spiral but I do not get 71/2" inches pitch,can you help,or any of the chaps looking in please

Thanks Tim I think I will also go with the thumb screw idea. the simpler the better. With less room for error,means that there is less room for me to make mistakes.(something I tend to do when Im in a hurry!) but one word to watch out for, space is the big problem, don't make the spacing to much
