Good for you Russv
Two machines, it sounds like you are going to start a production shop now.

Did your new 1200 come with a plunge router or the Z axis? And how about any
router bits???
You know what they say, Its a buyers market. If you have the money...

Steve are those pictures the new table or pictures of the Revo Table you want
to make?
The Goal is to get your REVO to reach into the center of the turn table.
How far are you off? And is the brackets to hold the table onto the REVO the
problem or is it the size of the table that is the main
These pictures are of the 900 Table I bought from Begat. Mounting it
as shown does allow a fully extended (Y axis) router to go just
slightly past the center of the table. The brackets shown are for
flatware milling so it would be very easy to scribe and drill the
table to mount into it. I would
Steve if possible you need to mount the table with the handle facing the
spindle not facing out to you
otherwise you cant connect the spindle to the shaft of the handle to do
curved rosettes

Hello All,
The largest diameter pilaster dog that Legacy sells mounts wood 4
inches wide. Now I'm aware that I could make my own wooden dogs,
etc. But my 900 swings 10inches and I have a Legacy CNC that swings
11. Is there a reason why there are not pilaster dogs that match the
swing
Just tell me the size you want and I will make them. It's well within my
realm. Keep in mind the added stock required to make the pilaster when
figuring out the width of the dogs. It might interfere with something on
the mill.
Just a quick gestimate, your 11 diameter would need a 7-3/4 square
Hello Tim,
I need not try to go beyond a size I might actually use. Shoot me the
price for a pair of each: 4.5 in., 5.0 in, 5.5 in, and 6 in. by
email. I'm certain I won't be the only one! This is a no brainer.

Bill,
Yes, pilaster dogs could be made of wood, especially if you were only
trying to make a few parts. But if you're trying to make lots of
them, then screwing the parts to the same wooden blocks won't do for
long. Today I was using the dogs to make some pickets for a fence
project. I started
Sorry but I was out and couldn't answer. Date night!
Bill,
I looked at it again and will be able to mount it either way. I will
not be cutting anything but will line up and drill mounting holes so I
can mount it with the handle either out as in the photo or towards the
gears. There is good
Tim, Do you make normal pilaster dogs? I ordered a set from Magnate a number of
weeks ago and have not received them and called. I found out they are shipping
from Legacy who it appears does not have them and is waiting until they have
sufficient orders to make a run. I was told they should
